Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or deskside visits as needed
- Respond to IT issues; installation of external devices, desktops, laptops, hardware diagnostic, maintenance, repairs and general software support
- Smart Hands and Feet support if required
- Management inventory of new and replacement equipment; and on diagnosis of a hardware fault, recording of the necessary data (serial number, location etc.) and feedback to the Service Desk in order to support the repair service
- IMAC/D – Installations, decommission, cascades, moves, adds and change EUC equipment, software
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent experience as a desktop technician, computer technician or IT support in a professional business environment
- Must have excellent customer service skills working with end users and VIP’s
- Experienced in supporting MS office applications (office 2003-2016)
- Windows OS 7 and 10
- Knowledge of WAN/LAN Technology
- Basic knowledge of Network Topology LAN/WAN
- Cisco Switch installation and configuration as per Config template
- Knowledge to provide remote access of network devices ( Switch/WLC ) connected to LAPTOP via Console cable Experienced in supporting common business office devices, including printers, scanners, mobile, audio/video equipment
- Knowledge of ticketing system or equivalent
- Skype knowledge.

Role summary:
The key focus of this role is to support and administer the ICT services required by the business across all levels, with a focus of Cloud services to the business. This includes the implementation, configuration, control, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolution of these infrastructure areas.Key deliverables:
- Designing, Configuring, monitoring and maintaining Cloud services, e.g. Azure, Office365, MS365, Azure AD, SharePoint, Intune, Teams and other Vendor IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services.
- Liaise with 3rd party Vendors where required to perform Network and Hardware troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems and ongoing development.
- Install, upgrade and configure all devices and equipment as required directly or by liaising with 3rd Party Vendors
- Respond to specialised incident escalation and maintain accurate incident records and notes in the service desk system in line with SLA requirements.
- Manage back-up and Disaster Recovery services thru vendors
